Wealth Planner / Portfolio balance warning

My client received a substantial amount of inheritance. When I change her brokerage portfolio balance I get a warning and system changes the amount back to the old value. How do I address this issue?

  1. This happens when a client’s profile is set to lower levels of household assets or household income. You need to change this client’s profile to higher range of household assets. It is better to keep a client in the highest range of household assets and income to avoid this warning.
